Apollo Heating & Maintenance Ltd (company no. 14662767) is the data controller for the personal information described on this page — a small, family run plumbing, heating, gas and maintenance business covering Stoke Poges, Warwick and the surrounding areas. What information we collect
When you use the Free Quote or Contact forms on this site, we ask for your name, phone number, email address, your general area, and details of the work you need. We don't collect any other personal information, and we don't use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on this site.
How the forms actually work
When you submit our Quote or Contact form, the details are sent directly from this website to our email inbox. We don't store form submissions in a database — the information is simply emailed to us, the same as if you'd emailed us yourself, and it's kept in our inbox as described below.
Why we collect it, and what we do with it
We use the information you send us to reply to your enquiry, provide a quote, arrange and carry out any work you ask us to do, and to keep basic records of jobs and correspondence for our own accounts and, where relevant, for landlord gas safety certificate records. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for marketing purposes.
Other services this site uses
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, and our Locations page embeds Google Maps. Loading these means your browser makes a request to Google's servers (which can see your IP address, the same as visiting any page that includes Google-hosted content), governed by Google's own privacy policy. We don't control what Google does with that request.
How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry and job-related correspondence for as long as reasonably needed for the work itself, our accounts, and — for landlord gas safety work — the record-keeping required by law, and no longer than necessary after that.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it's wrong, or ask us to delete it (where we're not required to keep it for legal reasons, such as gas safety records). To do any of this, just email or call us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator.
Changes to this policy
If how we collect or use information changes — for example if we start using website analytics, online payments, or a mailing list — we'll update this page to reflect that.
